Sicilian pesto with pasta and pasta


In a saucepan, cook the dough according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, in a blender, mix 2 tablespoons of Sicilian pesto with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Once cooked, drain and mix with the prepared pesto.


 Sicilian pesto with eggplant


Cut 2 eggplants into cubes and cook them in a pan with a little olive oil until they are soft. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Sicilian pesto with 1/4 cup of diced cherry tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add the cooked eggplant to the pesto mixture and mix well. Serve as a hot side dish
