In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, chopped almonds, salt and yeast. In another bowl, mix together the egg, milk, melted butter and lemon juice. Combine the two compounds and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let the cake cool before garnishing with the lemon cream.
