Description

Spaghetti with seasoning with sardines and fennel

 

In a saucepan, bring to a boil plenty of salted water for pasta. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped garlic cloves. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is golden brown. Add the sardines to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they are well cooked. Add the dry white wine to the pan and let it evaporate for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the chopped fresh fennel. Once cooked, drain and add to the pan with the seasoning of sardines and fennel. Mix well and serve hot, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

 

Rice salad with seasoning with sardines and fennel

 

In a pan, bring the water to a boil and add the rice. Lower the heat and cook over low heat for 18-20 minutes, until the rice is cooked and the water has been absorbed. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Once the rice is cooked, add it to the bowl with the marinade and add a few tablespoons of seasoning with sardines and fennel.
