Outer part: Sugar, Rice Starch. Thickener: gum Arabic, maltodextrin, flavors. Coating agent: Carauba wax. Dyes: E102 E131. Inside: White Chocolate, Aroma, Sugar, Milk Powder, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings, almond, pistachio.

Our recipes


Start by preparing the cake base by mixing flour, sugar, eggs and butter in a bowl. Add a little yeast and mix well until you get a smooth mixture. In a separate bowl, mix the confetti with some flour to prevent them from sinking during cooking. Pour the confetti mixture into the cake dough and stir gently. Pour the dough into a buttered and floured baking tray and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and cooked inside. Let the cake cool before serving.


In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cold butter and an egg until you get a firm dough.

Add the confetti and mix well. Form the dough into a roll and wrap in cling film. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Cut the dough into slices about 1 cm thick and put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
