Pistachio and shrimp busiate

 

Cook the pasta, drain and set aside. In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix the pasta with the prawns, chopped pistachios, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

 

Busiate with pistachio and rocket

 

Cook the pasta, drain and set aside. In a frying pan, sauté garlic and chopped onion in olive oil. Mix the pasta with fresh arugula, chopped pistachios and grated parmesan.
