In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and yeast together. In another bowl, mix together the egg, milk, melted butter and orange juice. Combine the two compounds and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let the cake cool before garnishing with the Sicilian chocolate cream.
