Our recipes

Spaghetti with Black of Cuttlefish

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and drain al dente. In a frying pan, sauté garlic and chili in olive oil, then add the seasoning to the Nero di Seppia and mix well. Add the spaghetti to the pan and mix well to absorb the seasoning. Serve hot, garnish with chopped parsley.

 

Meatballs with Squid Ink

Mix together minced fish meat, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Form meatballs and pass them in breadcrumbs. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the meatballs until they are golden and crunchy. Serve hot with the Nero di Seppia seasoning as a sauce.
